Hoffman v. Bear Chase Brewing Co., LLC, 2023 WL 384293 (E.D. Va. Jan. 18, 2023) (Fitzpatrick, MJ), report and recommendation affirmed, 2023 WL 2352926 (E.D. Va. Mar. 3, 2023) (Ellis, J) (denial of summary judgment in FLSA Section 203(m)(2)(B) tip retention claim (alleging unlawful manager payments to tip pool)).  On May 12, 2023, a jury returned a verdict in our client's favor.
