Fearless.  Tenacious.  Clever.  These are all the words that describe Howard Hoffman, an attorney with over 25 years of experience in employment and labor law. Howard is dedicated to his clients, with a compassionate approach. Howard has an exceptional record of success and his work has contributed to the development of employment law, particularly wage/hour law, in the mid-Atlantic region. Before founding his own employment law firm, Howard was associated with two of Baltimore’s premier management-side employment law firms, gaining unique training and insights into strategies and tactics to defend employers in litigation. Over the course of his career, Howard has lectured and taught on areas of employment law and is a published author. Howard has been listed as a Super Lawyer® by Thomson Reuters since 2016. Howard is admitted to the bar of the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia.  Outside of the courtroom, Howard engages in philanthropic efforts, particularly on behalf of animal rescue.
